JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 87 days in filing the memo of appeal against the judgment and order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the learned Family Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura in T.S.(RCR) 128 of 2013.

We have also heard Mr. MK Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant applicant and also perused the reasons for delay, as explained. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory. Thus, the delay of 87 days is hereby condoned.
