JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for staying the operation of the impugned judgment dated 20.2.2014 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala in Title Suit (RCR) No. 55 of 2013.

Heard Mrs. Dhar, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that the appeal has already been admitted and unless a stay order is granted as prayed for, then the appeal would be infructuous.

We have also heard Mr. Deb, learned counsel for the respondent. According to us, it would be proper to grant stay as prayed for. Accordingly, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 20.2.2014 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected appeal being F.A. 06 of 2014.
