ORDER

03.10.2023 This is an application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for withdrawal of the fixed deposit amount which was deposited as per the order of this Court dated 17.11.2015 in MAC Appeal No.18 of 2012, as the fixed deposit amount of the applicant No.1 has been matured and the applicants No.2 & 3 have attained their majority.

Mr. KC Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 has no objection to this application.

Accordingly, the instant application is allowed, permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount. The Registry shall release the amount as per law. In view of the above, the present interlocutory application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
