In the reply, the T.R.T.C has very fairly conceded that another sum of Rs.2,12,502/- is payable to the petitioner on account of gratuity including the amount which has wrongly deducted from his gratuity earlier.

This fact is not disputed by the petitioner.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the T.R.T.C shall on or before 31st December, 2015 pay a sum of Rs.2,12,502/- to the petitioner, failing which the T.R.T.C shall liable to pay interest @9% p.a from today till the date of payment. Download Date: 8-05-2017 15:05 1/1
