JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 70 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.03.2014 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, Tripura west in TS (RCR) 184 of 2011. Mr. Lodh while urging for condoning the delay would contend that the delay has been properly explained in paragraph 4 to 7 of the application. On the other hand, Mr. Ghosh objected to the prayer of Mr. Lodh. We have gone through the aforesaid paragraph 4 to 7 of the instant application. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is reasonable. Thus, the delay of 70 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
