Considering the fact that judgment dated 28-07-2015 passed in L.A App No.54/2013 and other connected matters titled as The Union of India versus Sri Jyotirmoy Roy and others has attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of the Court be released in favour of the respondent-applicants. The said amount equivalent to their respective share shall be directly remitted into the bank account of the applicants along with interest accrued, if any. Needful be positively done within a period of two weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
