JUSTICE S.C.DAS Pursuant to the order dated 5th August, 2015 the husband has filed a statement showing the amount paid by him. This statement is factually not disputed. Therefore, the husband has paid Rs.5,93,000/- out of total amount of Rs.6,40,500/- as on 10th August, 2015. Therefore, he is in arrears of Rs.47,500/-. Therefore, the husband is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 25,000/- per month i.e. Rs.17,000/- towards maintenance and Rs.8,000/- towards arrears till the entire arrears are cleared. It is made clear that in the 6th installment the husband shall only liable to pay Rs.24,500/-. Thereafter the husband shall continue to pay maintenance @ Rs.17,000/- per month. C. M.
