JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed by the applicant for custody of his granddaughter, namely, Ms Pushpita Das, till the disposal of the connected appeal. We have heard Ms Deb Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that this Court has already passed an interim order of status-quo on 03.09.2014 but the respondents have not filed any objection to the prayer for interim order, as sought for. Thus, it would be proper for the Court to make absolute the interim order passed by this Court earlier. We have also gone through the contentions made in the instant petition as well as the interim order passed by this Court earlier. According to us, it would be proper to make absolute the interim order passed earlier.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the interim order passed by this Court on 03.09.2014 and extended from time to time is made absolute.
