04.12.2024 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for withdrawal of the amount of Rs, 10,41,658/- deposited by the appellant-respondent.

Heard Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Majumder, learned Dy.SGI appearing for the respondent-Union of India.

Accordingly, the application is allowed, permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount as prayed for. The registry shall examine the same and release the amount as per the procedure of law.
