Amarpur, PIN-799101, Gomati, Tripura, represented by the Executive Officer, Amarpur Nagar Panchayet as the respondents No.6 & 7 respectively in the W.P.(C) No.67 of 2015. Ms. A.S. Lodh, learned Addl. G.A. appearing for the State-respondents has submitted that the respondents do not have any objection, if those persons are added as the respondents No.6 & 7.

Accordingly, the petitioners are allowed to add the Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Urban Development Department, Secretariat, New Capital Complex, P.O. Agartala, PIN799010, West Tripura, Agartala and the Chairperson, Amarpur Nagar Panchayet, P.O. Amarpur, PIN-799101, Gomati, Tripura, represented by the Executive Officer, Amarpur Nagar Panchayet as the respondents No.6 & 7 respectively in the W.P.(C) No.67 of 2015. After arraigning their name a consolidated writ petition be filed by the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to file a consolidated writ petition within 15th October, 2015.
