In view of the said submission, we find that the interim order which was granted on 09.12.2014 should be confirmed and the same is accordingly confirmed. The parties are liberty to approach this Court for appropriate orders in case they reach settlement in the matter. Otherwise, the appeal shall be listed in its own turn. The CM. application stands disposed of.
