Heard Mr. S. Adhikari, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. H. Deb, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent-authority.

The application is for withdrawing a sum of `2,24,923/- along with the accrued interest, if any, and the statutory deposit of `25,000/-, which has been deposited by the appellant authority to satisfy the award passed by the Tribunal.

As there is no objection, the aforesaid amount may be released to the claimant after satisfying the usual formalities. The application is disposed of.
