This is an application for withdrawal of the money deposited in the registry to satisfy the award. Mr. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant shall be allowed to withdraw the said money to which Mr. P. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any objection. It appears from the records that a sum of Rs.57,923/- has been deposited in the Registry by cheque No.509177 dated 01.11.2017 on the SBI.

The Registry is directed to disburse the said amount in proportionate share to the applicants being the claimants as entrusted and recognized by this court.

In terms of the above, this applications stands allowed and disposed of.
