Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that he would not raise any objection so far the condonation of delay is concerned. But he has serious reservation about the grounds taken in the connected criminal revision petition. On scrutiny of the causes assigned in this petition, this Court is inclined to take a liberal view and accordingly the delay of 227 days is hereby condoned for presenting the connected criminal revision petition against the order dated 25.02.2014 delivered in Misc. Case No.18 of 2013 by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kamalpur, Unokoti Judicial District.
