In view of the averments made in the affidavit it is apparent that the claimant who is 64 years old is undergoing treatment and a huge amount has been spent on her treatment. Therefore, the Registry is directed to ensure that the entire amount lying in deposit along with interest accrued thereupon be paid to Smt. Kunjabala Debnath by remitting it to her Bank account details whereof have been given in the additional affidavit and the photocopy of the first page of the passbook was attached with the original affidavit filed by the son. Keeping in view the urgent requirement of fund, the Registry is directed to ensure that entire amounts are transferred within one week from today. The CM application is disposed of.
