All the respondents have been served but on perusing the record we find that respondent No.7(h) Ms Minakshi Debbarma is a minor represented by her Mother, Smt. Snehalata Debbarma. However, Smt. Snehalata Debbarma did not accept notice for the minor and therefore this application has been filed for appointment of Court guardian. Accordingly, Ms A Banik, learned counsel is appointed as Guardian Ad Litem of the minor. Her fees is fixed at Rs. 2,500/- and the petitioner is directed to pay the fees within two weeks from today.

The Registry is also directed to supply a copy of the paper book to Ms Banik. This application stands disposed of.
