SAHA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 200 days in preferring the appeal against the award dated 04.04.2014 passed by the learned LA Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in Misc. (LA) 173 of 2011.

Heard Mr. D.Chakraborty, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant aswell as Mr. R.Debnath, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1. Mr. Debnath in his usual fairness submits that he has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay.

This Court has also gone through the reasons for delay, as explained in the instant petition. According to this Court the delay has been properly explained. In view of the above, the delay of 200 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. The CM application is hereby disposed of.
