In view of above, the Sub8Divisional Officer, Belonia is hereby directed to furnish a copy of thereportoftheDeputyCollector,Beloniatothe petitionerandthereafter,referthemattertothe said scrutiny committee who shall pass necessary orders after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Sub8 Divisional Officer, Belonia on 16th September, 2002andfurnishacopyofthisorder,thereafter, the S.D.O. shall proceed with the matter as directed.
