This is a petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 167 days in preferring the criminal revision petition under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 29.04.2014 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.37(3) of 2013 by the Sessions Judge, West Tripura, Agartala.

The causes as assigned in this petition constitute sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Mr. Ghosh, learned P.P. appearing for the State does not oppose the prayer. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and as corollary thereto, this petition stands allowed. The CM. application is disposed of.
