It is submitted at the Bar that the learned counsel, Mr. Bhattacharji is out of station. By filing this petition the petitioners prayed for extension of six months time to comply order dated 23.07.2014 passed in WP(C) No.340 of 2013. It is submitted by learned senior counsel, Mr. Chakraborty that rule has not yet been framed under the new enactment and that is the hurdle to comply the order within the time fixed by the Court.

In view of the submission made by learned senior counsel, Mr. Chakraborty, extension of 3(three) months time is allowed. The order should be complied within 23.04.2015.
