SAHA When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, Mr. Pal submits that the dispute between the husband and the wife has already been amicably settled and the petitioner is not pressing the instant petition as the respondent-husband is also willing to withdraw the TS(RCR) 20/2014 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur. Respondent-husband appeared in person and stated that he and the petitioner are living together and the dispute has been amicably settled and that he will also withdraw the TS (RCR) 20/2014.
