The amount deposited by the appellants shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period coterminous with the minor attaining majority. It is however, ordered that the interest accruing on the amount shall be paid to the father who is the natural guardian of the minor on quarterly basis to meet day to day expenses by remitting it to his bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 1(one) week from today.

The CM application is disposed of.
