It appears from the office note dated 30.06.2015 as well as office note dated 01.07.2015 that though the petitioner was provided opportunities again and again but the petitioner did not take any steps. Thus, this court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is not interested with the case.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
