Debnath for the State respondent. Case diary is produced. Perused the case diary. A similar bail application was moved by this accused petitioner vide A.B. No.177 of 2014 and that bail application was rejected by a speaking order dated 26.11.2014. On perusal of the case diary I find that I.O.

has advanced the investigation to a certain extent and there is no new circumstance to consider the bail prayer afresh. By a speaking order considering the materials on record similar bail prayer of the accused petitioner was earlier rejected and I find no new ground to consider the bail application and hence the bail application stands rejected. Case diary is returned to learned Addl. P.P.
