It is submitted that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the respondent-O.P. could not be completed within the stipulated time of 6(six) months fixed by this Court while passing judgment and order dated 24.07.2014, passed in WP(C) 338 of 2006. It is submitted that because of some unavoidable circumstances, it could not be completed and therefore, the petitioner prays for 3(three) months time to complete the disciplinary proceeding. Considering the submission of learned counsel of both side and considering the prayer of the respondent-petitioner, the time is extended for two months w.e.f. today to complete the proceedings and there shall be no further extension of time.
