Bhowmik for the petitioner that the writ petitioner filed an appeal against the order of the Sub-Registrar before the District Registrar and the appeal filed before the District Registrar, Dhalai is pending. He is expecting disposal of the appeal filed before the District Registrar sooner. It is submitted that since the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Registrar, the petitioner is not inclined to insist the present writ petition and prays for allowing the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh if aggrieved by the order of the District Registrar.

Prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
