It is submitted by Mr. Majumder that to comply the order of this Court, dated 21,07.2014, passed in WP(C) No.460/06, a DPC meeting was held and the DPC found no valid ACRs of the petitioners' to consider their promotion. Under such circumstances the department is facing serious inconvenience in complying the order passed by this Court. I have considered the submission of learned counsel Mr. Majumder. This Court considering the materials, placed before it, passed judgment on 21.07.2014 in WP(C) 460/2006 and WP(C) 9/2007. While this Court already passed judgment considering the materials placed before it, it cannot be re-write the judgment on the basis of inconvenience faced by the DPC of the respondent-department.
