JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for granting leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 28.11.2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gomati District, Udaipur in ST 85(ST/U)/2013 acquitting the respondent from the liability of charges framed under Section 302 read with Section 34 of IPC. We have gone through the judgment impugned in the connected appeal. According to us, it is a fit case where leave should be granted as sought for. Accordingly, leave is granted. The CM Application stands disposed.
