It is submitted that appellant No.2 Sushila Debnath has died in the meantime and therefore, her legal representatives prayed for arraying them as the appellants in her place. Learned counsel Mr. Dutta Chowdhury fairly submits that he has no objection. So, in place of appellant Sushila Debnath, the petitioners may be substituted as the appellants. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the petitioners in place of deceased appellant Sushila Debnath.
