This is an application for withdrawal of the access amount deposited by the applicant-State. It is contended that the total amount due and payable as on 29.05.2008 was only Rs. 63,500/- and therefore, access amount of Rs.11,500/- be recovered. It is ordered that the sum of Rs.11,500/- along with proportionate interest thereupon be refunded to the State by issuing a cheque in favour of the Director General of Police, Govt. of Tripura. Agartala, West Tripura.
