For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The awarded amount as payable by the appellant-insurance company, United India Insurance Co. Ltd. is directed to deposit in the Registry of this court within 8 weeks from today and the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 23.07.2013 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No. 4, West Tripura, Agartala in TS (MAC) 418 of 2011 is stayed.

On the amount being so deposited the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of two years at the first instance. No amount shall be released unless the insurance company is first heard in the matter.

The CM application is disposed of.
