This is an application for release of the awarded amount deposited by the Insurance Company. The apple has been finally disposed of and the the claimant is a male employed in Govt. service. The accident took place in the year 2006, therefore, I am of the view that there is no need to keep the money in a fixed deposit. It is accordingly order that the entire amount lying in deposit along with interest accrued thereupon be paid to the applicantclaimant by remitting it to his bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today.

The CM application is disposed of.
