HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KAROL Order 24/06/2019 This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.

Considering the fact that judgment and order dated 12.08.2015 passed in L.A. APP. No.61/2012, titled as The State of Tripura & others vrs. Sri Gouranga Chandra Paul & others, has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The amount deposited by the respondents in the Registry along with accrued interest, to which the claimants/applicants are entitled to, be released in their favour, to be directly remitted into their bank account(s).

The application stands disposed of.
