Advocate, at the outset submits that the respondents do not have any objection whatsoever if they are permitted to file the additional counter-affidavit in response to the proposed amendment likely to be carried out in the writ petition.
Having regard to the submissions made by Mr. S. Chakraborty, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate and on scrutinising the nature of the averments proposed to be incorporated in the writ petition, this court is inclined to allow the writ petitioner amend writ petition in terms of the schedule appended to this writ petition.
