JUSTICE S.C.DAS By filing this petition under Order I Rule 10(2) of CPC the petitioners pray for adding the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 2. It is submitted by learned G.A., Mr. Dutta Majumder that when the appeal was filed the respondent Nos.1 and 2 already died but that information was not available to the appellants. After search they could find out the names of the legal representatives of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and therefore by filing this petition the petitioners prayed for adding the names of the legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 2. The prayer for adding the names is allowed.

The registry is directed to incorporate the names as per Schedule of this petition in place of respondent Nos.1 and 2.
