None HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 11/04/2018 Heard Mr. G.K. Nama, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-applicants. None appears for the respondents. This is an application for allowing the respondent-applicants to withdraw the money that has been deposited by the respondent. The respondent has deposited Rs.1,69,768/- to satisfy the award drawn in terms of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2015. The respondent-applicants are allowed to withdraw the money in equal share, but the applicants shall furnish the requisite papers showing that all of them are major. The due process of identification shall be followed.
