HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KAROL Order 20.12.2018 It is not in dispute that the judgment dated 29.06.2015 passed by this Court in L.A. App. No. 40 of 2011 titled as State of Tripura v. Md. Mostafa & Others, has attained finality. Also the State has no objection to the application being allowed.

As such, the sum of Rs. 1,34,693/- along with interest, if any, accrued thereupon lying in the Registry of this Court, is directed to be released in favour of the applicant namely, Md. Mostafa, son of Md. Tabdul Hussain, resident of Vill. Naraura, P.O. Bishalgarh, P.S. Bishalgarh, District: Sepahijala.
