SAHA Pursuant to the directions issued by the Court in its judgment dated 30th April, 2015, the State Government has issued Notifications and according to the State, the directions issued by this Court have been complied with and now the Society is not under the administrative control of the Government.

We are not commenting on the merits and in case, this question arises whether the State is still in administrative control or not that will be decided in separate petition.
