This is an application filed by the appellants 1 to 4 Smt. Bindu Bala Debbarma, Smt. Soma Debbarma, Sri Amit Debbarma and Smti Tulsi Debbarma for release of the amount falling to their shares. Out of the amount deposited by the insurance company the amount falling to the shares of the aforesaid applicants be released to them by remitting it to their personal Bank accounts details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today. As far as the amount falling to the share of Kunjalata Debbarma is concerned, that shall be kept in a fixed deposit and shall be released only on production of a proper legal heir certificate and liberty is reserved to the applicants to file appropriate application in this regard. CM application is disposed of.
