There is an apparent error in the judgment because no insurance company is a party before this Court and it was only the State which was the affected party and which was to deposit the amount. Therefore, the words "insurance company" occurring in paras 15 & 16 of the judgment and wherever they occur shall be replaced by the words "State of Tripura".

CM application is disposed of.
