This is a petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of 118 days, in preferring connected LA App. No.11 of 2014. Learned counsel Ms. P. Dhar appearing for the respondents fairly submits that she does not oppose the prayer of condonation of delay. On perusal of the petition, I find that the reasons for delay has been explained which seems to be satisfactory and hence delay of 118 days in preferring the connected appeal stands condoned.
