At the outset Mr. Ghosh, learned P.P submits that the investigation is still going on and no police report has yet been filed.

Mr. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner in terms of condition as imposed in the order dated 05.12.2013 in Bail Appl. No.104 of 2013(D.O) for purpose of granting bail has been regularly reporting to the investigating officer on every fortnight.

On that aspect, Mr. Ghosh, learned P.P. did not contradict. Having regard to that, the condition of reporting to the investigating officer is relaxed and now the petitioner shall report to the investigation officer once in 3(three) months.
