In view of the fact that the petitioner has been termed to be an absconder and has not been available to the police for investigation, I do not feel that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The petition is accordingly rejected.

The petitioner may approach the Court which is dealing with the case for grant of bail after surrender.
