By means of this petition, the petitioners have submitted that they had submitted their Nomination forms for election to post of Member of the Managing Committee of Janamangal PACs. Their grievance is that their Nomination papers were originally accepted on 18.02.2015, but later in the same day the same were rejected.

Ms. A.S. Lodh, learned Additional GA on instructions received from the Registrar Co-operative Society submits that the W.P. (C) 70 of 2015 Page 2 of 3
rejection was made under some misconception and it has now been decided to permit the petitioners to contest the elections. 3.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition. It is, however, made clear that effort shall be made to ensure that the symbols are allotted to the petitioners latest by tomorrow (26.02.2015).
