Deb, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. A. Ghosh, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the state. This is a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for correcting the address of the respondents in terms of the schedule appended to this petition as from the service report it appeared that the respondents have changed their address. Having regard to the circumstances, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of. The cause title of both the petitions, being Crl.Rev.P.No.4/2015 and Crl.M.Appl. No.8/2015 (arising from Crl.Rev.P.No.

4/2015) shall be allowed to be corrected in terms of the schedule appended to this petition. The corrected copies be furnished in the Registry being duly authenticated by the learned engaged counsel within a period of 7(seven) days from today. Thereafter, the Registry shall issue fresh notice on the respondents. The notice is made returnable on 27.04.2015.
