Heard learned counsel, Mr. G.S. Bhattacharji for the petitioners and learned Addl. G.A., Mrs. A.S. Lodh for the State respondents. Mrs. Lodh has no objection if the amendment is allowed. The proposed amendments are very simple in nature and will not change the nature and character of the writ petition and hence those are allowed. Registry is directed to amend the writ petition as per Schedule of this CM Application.

The petitioners are directed to submit an amended writ petition including the amendments and to supply a copy of the same to the learned Addl. G.A. List the writ petition 18.03.2015.
