15.05.2023 Order This present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited under Section 151 of the C.P. Code. Heard learned counsel appearing for both parties. In so far as the appellant-applicants' proportionate share is concerned, as decided by the Court below, they are permitted to withdraw the extent of their share unconditionally as per the procedure.

With regard to respondents No.5 and 6 herein are concerned, their proportional share shall be kept intact. With the above observation and direction, this present interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of. JUDGE suhanjit
