By means of this application, the applicant has sought release of the amount. The claimant is an adult person and accident in question took place on 30.12.1999. More than 15 years have been elapsed. Therefore there is no reason why this money should not be paid to the claimant.

The entire amount which has been deposited be released to the applicant by remitting it to her Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. The application is accordingly disposed of.
