It appears from the record that the aforesaid appeals were preferred by the State of Tripura challenging the award passed by the LA Judge in those cases whereas in the connected appeal, the appellant has preferred the appeal for enhancement of the amount as awarded by the LA Judge. In view of the above, Mr. Pal ultimately submits that he is not pressing the instant application as he will amend the memo of appeal.
