JUDGMENT & ORDER Mr. Samarjit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the availability of effective and alternative forum, which is competent to adjudicate the dispute raised in this writ petition, the
petitioners have instructed him to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved to approach the appropriate forum. 2.
The petitioners are permitted to withdraw this writ petition and to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Having regard to leave so extended, no deduction in terms of the Memorandum No. TJ/PD(91)/Part-1/2380-90 dated 21.10.2010 issued by the Tripura Jute Mills Limited shall not be made within the next 30(thirty) days.
